Good Intentions FAIL

Me: *looking in mirror, poking my belly, thinking* I should probably step up my workout and start dieting. I've got a whole bloody year to slim down so I look fabulous for the wedding...

(Later, at dinnertime...)

Me: Ooh, beer! Spaghetti! NOM NOM NOM!!!!

The best part of this story, as John will confirm, is that I almost never drink beer, and certainly not at home, alone, while eating dinner.

No, I'm not pregnant.

Maybe I should try the Kichadi diet...

I recommend that everyone try Kichadi for a few days. When taste is taken out of the equation, you will have a true measure of how many calories your body needs, and it is usually less than the amount that people would normally consume.
